Our custom Care Packages were designed to bring comfort, encouragement, and support to individuals recently diagnosed with Crohn's disease or who those facing a hospital stay related to IBD. We know how overwhelming and isolating those moments can feel, which is why we wanted to create something to remind recipients that they are NOT alone.

Each package is thoughtfully curated to provide comfort during difficult days, including our DMAC caring support husky (Jasmine), a heating pad, blanket, gift card, and other DMAC items. We also personalize every package with fun add-ons based on the recipients preferences, helping make each one feel extra special and uniquely theirs. This has included crafts, legos, games, toys, books, etc.
